Payment for the products you buy can be made in the following ways:
- Cash on delivery
Payment in cash upon delivery. The cost of cash on delivery is 2 €.
- Deposit the money in a bank account

In order to execute your order you will need to send us by e-mail at info@homestore-adamopoulos.gr the deposit receipt.
- Payment by credit / debit / prepaid card
Adamopoulos.store accepts Visa, Mastercard, Diners credit cards, Visa, Mastercard debit cards and Visa, Mastercard prepaid cards, through Viva’s electronic payment system (https://www.vivawallet.com/).
Delivery of orders where payment has been made by credit card, is made only to the credit card holder, with the presentation of the card and the police ID. Credit card payment orders are not delivered to a third party.
The listed prices include the legal Taxes
Until the full payment of the price, the goods remain the property of the seller company.
If you choose to pay with your Credit / Debit card, the amount is initially committed and the final charge is made upon issuance of the sales document.
In case of cancellation of your order before invoicing, our COMPANY is obliged to inform the Bank of the cancellation of this commitment and the Bank will proceed in accordance with the terms of the contract signed between the customer (you) and of his (your) Bank. The Company after this information does not bear any responsibility for the implementation of the terms of the aforementioned contract between the customer and the Bank as well as for the time and manner of execution of the reversal of the said transaction.
Payment by bank card is offered only for On-Line orders from Adamopoulos.store and not for the case of cash on delivery.
Relevant Legislation
According to Law L.4446 / 2016 article 69 §2 that amended article 20 §3 of Law 3842/2010 “The tax data of a total value of five hundred (500) euros and over, issued for the sale of goods or services to individuals, are paid by their recipients, buyers of goods or services, exclusively through the use of means of payment by card or other electronic means of payment, such as indicative other non-restrictive bank transfer, payment through payment account, use of electronic wallet. It is not allowed to pay for these items in cash. ” Therefore orders over 500 euros including taxes and other charges must be paid in the above ways.
